Our Story
A Lifelong Collector
Some people discover coins. I grew up with them. From childhood, I was drawn to the weight of a silver dollar in my hand, the detail pressed into a coin’s face, the quiet history carried in something small enough to fit in a pocket. That curiosity never left — it deepened.
Over the years, collecting became more than a hobby. It became a discipline — learning to read a coin’s surface, understanding what makes one example exceptional and another merely adequate, developing the patience to wait for the right piece rather than settle for the convenient one. That discipline eventually became Volunteer State C3 Enterprises.
We are based in Middle Tennessee and built to serve collectors across the country who share the same standards: authenticity, honest description, and a genuine respect for the coins themselves. We are not a volume dealer. We are a curated destination — and we intend to stay that way.

This business did not start with a business plan. It started with a conviction — that the gifts and passions God places in us are meant to be used in service to others, not kept to ourselves. My faith in Jesus Christ is not a footnote to who I am. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
When I considered turning a lifelong passion for coins into something more, I kept returning to a simple question: what would it look like to run a business the way Christ calls us to live? With honesty that does not bend when it is inconvenient. With generosity toward the people you serve. With humility about what you know and what you do not. With a commitment to doing right by people even when no one is watching.
That is what VSC3 Enterprises is built to be. Not perfect — but genuinely trying. Every listing, every shipment, every conversation with a customer is an opportunity to reflect those values in a practical, tangible way. The coins are the product. The character behind them is the point.

The “C3” in our name reflects the Christian values that have guided my life and that I carry into every transaction, every description, and every conversation with a customer. These are not aspirational words — they are the standard I hold myself to every day.
