Does this coin come in a capsule, box, or have a certificate of authenticity?
Every listing on our store is written to reflect exactly what is included with the item — capsule, flip, box, certificate of authenticity, or original mint packaging. If it is included, it will be stated in the listing. If it is not mentioned, do not assume it is included.
We make every effort to describe packaging accurately because we know it matters to collectors. If you have a specific question about what accompanies a particular item, contact us before purchasing and we will give you a direct answer.
Where was this coin minted?
We disclose the mint name whenever we have that information. However, many coins and rounds distributed through wholesale channels are produced at private mints that do not publicly identify themselves on the product or in distributor documentation. In those cases, we will note that the mint is private or unlisted — we will not fabricate a mint name we cannot confirm.
If the mint is known and relevant to the piece, it will be in the listing. If you have a specific question about a particular item’s origin, ask us directly.
Are your items in the condition shown in the photographs?
Yes. We photograph the actual item being sold whenever possible, and our images are taken to inform — not to flatter. Stock photography may be used for Pre Order items where actual photos are not attainable. We do not edit photographs in ways that misrepresent a coin’s appearance. Toning, marks, and wear visible to the eye will be visible in our images.
For certified coins, the grade assigned by NGC, PCGS, or ANACS is the authoritative condition reference. For raw coins, our written description and photographs together represent our honest assessment of the piece.
Do you sell coins still in original mint packaging?
Some items in our inventory include original mint packaging — boxes, capsules, tubes, or presentation cases. When original packaging is present and included, it will be noted in the listing. Items listed without mention of original packaging are sold as described, without it.
Are your silver and gold items genuine?
Yes. Every silver and gold item we sell is genuine. We do not sell plated items represented as solid precious metal, and we do not sell reproductions represented as originals. Every item is evaluated before it enters our inventory, and our Authenticity Guarantee applies to every purchase.
If you ever receive an item and have a genuine concern about its authenticity, contact us immediately. We take those concerns seriously and will address them directly.
How do I know the silver or gold content is accurate?
For bullion products, the metal content is as stated by the issuing mint or manufacturer and reflected in our listing. For certified coins, the metal composition is part of the coin’s established specification and verified by the grading service. We do not independently assay every item, but we source from reputable distributors and do not knowingly carry items with misrepresented metal content.
If a listing states .999 fine silver, that is the specification of the product as issued. If you have a specific question about a particular item’s composition, ask us before purchasing.
What does NGC, PCGS, or ANACS certified mean?
These are the three most widely recognized independent coin grading services in the United States. When a coin is certified by one of these services, it has been authenticated, graded on the standard 1–70 Sheldon scale, and sealed in a tamper-evident holder. The grade and certification number are recorded in each service’s public registry.
Certified coins in our inventory are sold in their original, unaltered holders. We do not crack slabs or alter certified coins in any way.
Do you sell colorized or novelty coins alongside standard bullion?
Yes. Our inventory includes colorized coins, copper art rounds, and specialty collector pieces alongside standard silver and gold bullion. These items are always clearly identified in their listings. A colorized coin is never represented as standard bullion, and a copper round is never represented as silver. Each listing describes exactly what the item is.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Volunteer State C3 Enterprises ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in the future, and we will update our policies accordingly when it does.
If you are located outside the US and have a question about a specific item, you are welcome to contact us — but we cannot guarantee international fulfillment at this time.
How are items packaged for shipping?
Collectible coins and bullion require more care in transit than ordinary retail products. Every shipment is packaged to protect the item from contact damage, compression, and movement. Coins are placed in appropriate holders or capsules, secured within rigid outer packaging, and shipped in plain, unmarked mailers that do not indicate the contents are valuable.

Do you provide tracking on every order?
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Is shipping insured?
Insured shipping is available and strongly recommended for higher-value purchases. We encourage collectors purchasing items of significant value to select insured shipping at checkout. Insurance provides a clear path to resolution in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Can you combine shipping on multiple items?
In many cases, yes. If you are purchasing multiple items, contact us before or after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate combined shipping where it does not compromise the protection of your items.
I’m new to collecting. Where should I start?
Start with what interests you. The most sustainable collections are built around genuine curiosity — a historical era, a particular design series, a metal, or a theme that means something to you. Collecting driven by interest tends to be more rewarding than collecting driven by speculation.
Our inventory spans a wide range of price points, metals, and styles. If you’d like a recommendation based on your interests and budget, contact us — we enjoy those conversations.
What is the difference between a coin and a round?
A coin is issued by a government mint and is legal tender in its country of origin — examples include the American Silver Eagle, the Canadian Maple Leaf, and the British Britannia. A round is a privately minted disc of precious metal that resembles a coin in shape but is not legal tender. Rounds are often produced in creative designs and can be an affordable way to acquire silver or copper by weight.
Both are clearly identified in our listings. We never represent a round as a government-issued coin.
Can I ask questions about a specific item before purchasing?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. If you have a question about a coin’s grade, its packaging, its mint of origin, or anything else in the listing, reach out before you buy. We would rather answer a question than have you receive an order with any uncertainty about what you purchased.

Do you buy coins or accept trade-ins?
At this time, Volunteer State C3 Enterprises is a seller only — we do not currently purchase coins from the public or accept trade-ins. Our inventory is sourced through established wholesale and distribution channels. This may evolve as the business grows.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our listed prices reflect our honest assessment of fair market value for each item. We do not engage in price negotiation on individual listings. If you are purchasing multiple items, contact us — combined shipping savings may be available, and we are always happy to discuss your order.
