A piece that left our hands in exceptional condition can arrive in diminished condition if the packaging is careless or the carrier is not chosen thoughtfully.
We take shipping seriously because we understand what is at stake. Whether you are purchasing a $25 copper art bar or a $5,000 certified rarity, the care we apply to packaging and transit does not change. Your collection deserves the same standard of protection at every price point.

The VSC3 Shipping Process
From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door, every step is handled with deliberate care. Here is what happens between checkout and delivery.
Order Received & Confirmed
Your order is received and reviewed. We confirm the item, the condition, and the destination before anything is touched. No order is processed on autopilot.
Item Verified
The specific item being shipped is inspected against its listing one final time. We confirm it matches the description, the photographs, and the condition represented at the time of sale. If anything has changed, we address it before shipping.
Archival-Safe Packaging Selected
Packaging is chosen based on the specific item — its size, weight, fragility, and value. Certified coins remain in their original holders. Raw coins are placed in appropriate flips or capsules. Bullion is secured against movement. Nothing is improvised.
Protected for Transit
The packaged item is placed inside a rigid outer mailer with appropriate padding to prevent movement, compression, and impact damage. The outer packaging is plain and unmarked — nothing on the exterior indicates the contents are valuable.
Tracking Assigned & Shared
Every shipment receives a tracking number. You will receive tracking information so you can follow your order from our hands to yours. We do not ship blind.
Safely Delivered
Your order arrives protected, preserved, and ready to be added to your collection. If anything is not right upon arrival, we want to know immediately. We stand behind every shipment.
Packaging Standards
The materials we use to protect your collection are chosen for one reason: they work. Archival-safe, non-reactive, and selected to preserve the condition of each piece from the moment it leaves our inventory to the moment it arrives in yours.
Coin Capsules
Hard plastic capsules protect individual coins from contact, scratching, and environmental exposure. Used for raw coins where direct protection is essential.
Archival Flips
Non-PVC, archival-safe flips for coins that do not require rigid encapsulation. Selected to prevent chemical interaction with coin surfaces over time.
Original Holders
NGC, PCGS, and ANACS certified coins ship in their original tamper-evident slabs. These holders are never removed or replaced.
Rigid Mailers
Outer packaging uses rigid mailers that resist bending, compression, and impact. Coins do not flex in transit.
Protective Padding
Bubble wrap, foam inserts, and cushioning materials prevent movement inside the outer package. Nothing rattles. Nothing shifts.
Discreet Outer Packaging
Plain, unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents as coins, bullion, or anything of value. Security through discretion.
Mint packaging, original boxes, and certificates of authenticity are included whenever they accompany the item. We do not discard original presentation materials.
Insurance & Tracking
Collectible coins and bullion represent real value. We treat them accordingly — and we encourage our customers to do the same when selecting shipping options at checkout.
Tracking on Every Order
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number so you can monitor your order from dispatch to delivery. We do not ship without it.
Insured Shipping
Insured shipping is available on all orders and strongly recommended for higher-value purchases. Insurance protects your order against loss or damage in transit. For pieces of significant value, it is not optional — it is prudent.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be applied to ensure your order is received by you directly — not left unattended at a door or in a mailbox.

Contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the situation. This is precisely why insured shipping is recommended — it provides a clear path to resolution when transit damage occurs.
Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
In many cases, yes. If you are purchasing multiple items, contact us before or after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate combined shipping where it does not compromise the protection of your items.
